KIDONEX Refund Policy

 

At KIDONEX, we want your shopping experience to be worry-free. If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to a valid reason, you may be eligible for a refund as per the policy below.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions: You have raised a valid return request within 7 days of delivery.

 

The product is returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or product). Our team has received and approved the returned item after quality inspection.

 

Refund Process

Submit a return request from your KIDONEX Orders section. Once your return is approved and the product is picked up and received: We will inspect the product within 1–2 business days of receiving it. Upon successful verification, your refund will be initiated.

 

Refund Timeline

Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days after approval.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if: The product was used, washed, or returned without original packaging.

The return was requested after 7 days of delivery. The product falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., hygiene-related items unless defective).

 

Store Credit (Optional)

If preferred, you can opt for a store credit instead of a bank refund. Store credit can be used for any future purchases on KIDONEX.
