 At KIDONEX, we strive to deliver your orders in a safe and timely manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping charges.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update via email or SMS.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. You can track your order through the tracking link shared after dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (Excluding Special Categories/Products). For orders below the threshold, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply if selected. Free COD Available on Selected Products/Categories.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within a 5 km radius of our store for orders with a minimum purchase value of ₹499. We aim to deliver eligible local orders within approximately 30 minutes. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, transportation delays, product weight and size, government or local regulations, or technical issues. If your address qualifies, this option will be shown automatically at checkout. Free Cash on Delivery (COD) on all local delivery orders

Local Delivery Selection Policy (Try & Choose Option)

For local deliveries within 5 km, customers may request multiple products and choose only the items they wish to keep at the time of delivery. This option is available only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Customers will be charged only for the selected item(s) they accept during delivery.

  • Payment can be made using any available method (cash, UPI, or mobile wallet) at the time of delivery.

  • Unselected items must be returned to our delivery executive in unused and undamaged condition at the time of delivery.

  • This facility is available for eligible addresses where local delivery is offered.

Note: This "Try & Choose" option is not available for prepaid or courier-delivered orders outside the local delivery zone.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, towns, and most pin codes.

If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to offer alternative options.

Delivery Partner and Tracking

We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your orders are delivered securely. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time also Your Account on website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team or courier partner will contact you. In case of repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.
